  skills and take your practice to the next level? In just one day\, Fundam
 entals of EFT will demonstrate how Emotionally Focused Therapy provides a 
 map to lasting healing for all modalities – individual (EFIT)\, couple (
 EFCT)\, and family (EFFT) therapy. Grounded in attachment science\, this w
 orkshop will provide you with practical tools to guide your understanding 
 and take your first step into the transformational world of EFT.\nLearning
  Objectives\nParticipants will learn to:\n\n 	ICEEFT has 7 goals: Summariz
 e the EFT perspective – experiential\, growth oriented. Describe the key
  tenets of attachment theory. Identify the goals and stages of the EFT mod
 el across modalities.\n 	Outline the core EFT interventions as they apply 
 and differ in three modalities: individuals suffering from depression\, an
 xiety and PTSD\, distressed couples and distressed families. Specify the s
 trengths of attachment theory and science as a map to understanding of cli
 ent problems and strengths and how attachment guides every session.\n 	Uti
 lize attachment science as a moment to moment guide to the shaping of pote
 nt systematic change in psychotherapy sessions. Define the moves of the EF
 T Tango and how they differ across modalities.\n\nAbout the Presenter\n\n\
 nGretchen Harro\, MA\, LMFT is a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist\,
  Supervisor\, and Trainer. Gretchen is a life-long midwesterner\, and stro
 ngly identifies with her Swiss roots. Her great passions are to help coupl
 es rediscover the joy of their friendship and to help therapists become mo
 re effective and efficient in their work\, which also brings her joy! Gret
 chen is known for her personal warmth and for adding creative elements to 
 the training to make the learning more accessible to multiple learning sty
