Thi s session invites active participation with the purpose of coming together and providing a holding environment for conversations about race. We are expanding the opportunity for therapists of color to name and describe the ir experiences within our organization. Our goal for this session is to co ntinue providing a framework for active listening and holding the racializ ed wounds of subjugated therapists. Our second goal is to provide White th erapists the tools to listen non-defensively in dialogue regarding race.
