Refund and Cancellation Policy

Fees for all trainings are due at the time of registration. Registration is not complete until payment has been made. Under special circumstances, a partial payment may be made; partial payments are subject to the same refund provisions as full payments. These policies are applied without exception.

In the event you cannot attend a training for which you have registered, refunds are provided as follows:

  • Up to 4 weeks prior to the training – Full refund minus a $50 administration fee
  • Less than 4 weeks, but prior to 2 weeks – 50% of the training fee
  • Less than 2 weeks prior to the training – No refunds (the fee is transferable to another qualified participant or 50% of the fee may be applied to a future CCEFT training).

For trainings where the total fee is lower than $50, a full refund will be given minus a 25% administration fee.

If a training is cancelled for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
