Refund and Cancellation Policy

Fees for all trainings are due at the time of registration. Registration is not complete until payment has been made. Under special circumstances, a partial payment may be made; partial payments are subject to the same refund provisions as full payments. These policies are applied without exception.

In the event someone cannot attend a training for which they have registered, the Participant needs to inform ChicagoEFT that they will not be attending by the morning of the training. Refunds are provided as follows:

Up to 4 weeks prior to the trainingFull refund minus a $50 administration fee
Less than 4 weeks, but prior to 2 weeks50% of the training fee
Less than 2 weeks prior to the training until the morning of the trainingNo refunds.
Fee is transferable to another qualified participant OR
50% of the fee may be used as a credit toward a future ChicagoEFT training (credit is good for 1 year from the date of the missed training).

For trainings where the total fee is lower than $50, a full refund will be given minus a 25% administration fee.

If a training is cancelled for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
