Core Skills Advanced Training focuses on the further development and refinement of the theory and intervention skills of EFT (see prerequisites below). The training consists of four weekend sessions, 12 hours each, with a maximum group size of 14 participants. Sessions are spaced about 2 months apart to give time to integrate the knowledge and skills into your practice. The learning environment is intimate, supportive and designed to help you maximize your effectiveness as an EFT therapist. We look at self of therapist concerns that frequently arise in the course of learning EFT so participants can take an expanded awareness of how they can best use the model. The cost is $400 with discounts for early bird and pre-payment. See the Events page for current training dates

Each session includes:

  • Instruction and structured discussion
  • Demonstration through video examples, live sessions and role plays
  • Discussion of cases relevant to the focus of the weekend
  • Roleplay practice of essential skills
  • Case consultations using participant session videos

Each weekend is dedicated to a specific stage of treatment, and because they are sequential, participants are expected to commit to the full series of 4 weekends. (If participants have an unavoidable conflict with all or part of a weekend we do our best to find a workable resolution.)
