Learning to Tango: The 5 Moves of EFT
ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
Are you finding the EFT Tango confusing, daunting, or just beyond reach? This workshop is designed to help you develop familiarity and comfort in using the EFT Tango in your clinical work. Through understanding and confidence in the EFT Tango, we become more oriented and able to balance process and cycle work with emotional access and deepening. The EFT Tango grounds us in session, helping us know where we are and where we want to get to next in the moment.
The presentation will last for approximately 2 hours, and an additional hour is allocated towards networking within our EFT community.
CE CREDIT
This training qualifies for 2 continuation education credits.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
After this workshop clinicians will be able to:
- Understand and describe the EFT Tango and each of its moves.
- Apply different moves of the EFT Tango to different struggles in couples therapy.
- use the EFT Tango to orient themselves during moments of confusion, overwhelm or escalation.
