About the Workshop
In our contemporary context of over-identifying narcissism, this workshop seeks to clarify the concept of narcissism. Participants will have an opportunity to gain clarity on identifying narcissism, as well as relational patterns associated with narcissistic individuals and their partners. Participants will increase their knowledge of treatment approaches to address narcissistic patterns that adversely affect relationships and partners of narcissistic individuals. This workshop is open to all mental health students and practitioners with an interest in and/or experience working with narcissism and relationships impacted by narcissistic behaviors.
Learning Objectives
Participants will learn to:
- More accurately identify narcissism, relational patterns associated with narcissism, and patterns associated with partners of narcissistic individuals.
- Make decisions on whether to continue working with the relationship and/or individual or to refer out to another therapist when narcissism is present.
- Strategize for working with narcissistic individuals, their partners, and relationships impacted by narcissism.
About the Presenter
Keith Bjorge, PsyD
Keith Bjorge, PsyD is a licensed clinical psychologist and certified EFT therapist who has been in practice for over 35 years. He is a partner and Clinical Director at Cherry Hill Counseling, a large private mental health practice with 8 locations in the Chicagoland area. Keith has served on the faculty at Trinity International University and taught courses including Assessment and Evaluation, Psychopathology, and Family and Couple Counseling.

- Participants attending the seminar will earn 2 CE credits for attending the entire program. Partial credits will not be offered.

- The training will be recorded and will be available for 3 weeks after the event. Participants must be present for the live event to earn CEs.
