Membership in ChicagoEFT includes participation in a private forum in which members can discuss a variety of issues.
Members agree to the following forum guidelines:
Client Confidentiality
When posting case discussions or requests for referrals, keep descriptions general/disguised and never cite specific identifying information. Please respond to referral requests directly to the person requesting the referral, but not as another post in the forum.
Intellectual Property
Forum participants will not use the forum for illegal purposes, including but not limited to violation of intellectual property laws. In referring to an article, news item, podcast or video, providing a brief quote or offering a link to legitimate online published content is permissible; forum members should not post a full-text version of published material to the forum.
Politics
Do not use this forum for any communication that could be construed in any way as support for or opposition to any candidate for a federal, state or local public office.
Moderators
The forum will be moderated by members of ChicagoEFT. Moderators retain the right to edit posts for clarity or delete inappropriate content.
Technology
Do not intentionally interfere with or disrupt other forum members, network services, or network equipment. This includes distribution of unsolicited advertisement or chain letters, propagation of computer worms and viruses, and use of the network to make unauthorized entry to any other machine accessible via the Forum.
