Relationships are at the heart of a meaningful life. They’re where we go to feel seen, understood, and accepted—and when that happens, we flourish. Yet in our closest partnerships, old wounds can quietly shape how we show up. Without meaning to, we sometimes pull away from the very person we long to be close to. We protect the tender parts of ourselves that actually need comfort, reassurance, and gentle understanding.

Couples often get caught in a cycle of hurt, distance, and reconnection, without ever slowing down to notice or be curious about which vulnerable places keep getting poked. In our work together, I help couples recognize these raw spots and understand the familiar dance they move through with one another. I offer a space where both partners can safely share the fears, hurts, and longings that have gone unspoken.

Through this process, couples reconnect not only with each other, but with a deeper sense of themselves.
