I am an attachment therapist and use a client-centered approach that is collaborative, non-judgmental, and empathetic with the hope to provide a safe place to process life’s curveballs together because sometimes life is just hard. I am an active counselor in the room, meaning after I listen, I ask questions, clarify my understanding, and offer insight.
