Hi, My name is Katie, LCSW;CADC.  I am a counselor and owner of group practice, The Center for Courageous Living LLC in Crystal Lake IL. I am passionate about couple’s counseling and have been training in the EFT model since 2014.  Results from use of EFT have been exciting for couples as they find connection again.

I love working from teens and families to adulthood in the following areas: marital-infidelity, conflict, substance abuse issues in relationships/co-occurring disorders, family, mood disorders, emotional abuse, empowerment, assertiveness, boundaries, and anxiety issues.  My ideal client is un-empowered individuals who have a hard time asserting/finding their own voice.
