Bio | I work with couples and individuals struggling in their relationships. My therapeutic style pulls from systemic, experiential, and attachment-based frameworks including EFT and AEDP. Licenses and Certification | I am dual-licensed in Illinois (LMFT) and Colorado (LMFT and LPC), and I have an M.A. in couple and family therapy from CU Denver (2019). I have been studying and practicing EFCT since 2017, with 500+ hours of training, participation in EFT-focused consultation and supervision groups, and one-on-one EFCT supervision under a Certified EFT Supervisor. I am currently working towards full certification in EFCT.
