I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with Cherry Hill Counseling, a private practice with 8 office locations in Chicago and the Northwest suburbs. I see clients in our Grayslake location. I work with individuals (ages 13 and up), couples, and families utilizing an attachment lens throughout.
In addition to Emotionally Focused Therapy with couples and families, I also have a heart and specialized training (PMH-C) to work with perinatal women, both individually and with couples, during the perinatal window with all the unique challenges that pregnancy, childbirth, and new parenting presents to couples. While a joyful time for many couples, the transition to parenting can also add stress to new or already existing challenges to the relationship bond.
I am also EMDR trained.
