I want to help you live a purpose led, pleasure-full life. As a relationship therapist I work with individuals and couples. With individuals: I support all of your relationships, whether you’re wanting to find love, deepen friendships, or understand your family. I also help with managing anxiety and depression, spiritual/religious trauma, and healing from challenging childhoods. With couples: I help partners reconnect, learn more effective communication, and rebuild trust. Often I work with issues around commitment, co-parenting, and life transitions.

My practice is culturally inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and I especially enjoy supporting people in service- artists, activists, healers, teachers. I work with a trauma informed, feminist, and transpersonal approaches.

My style is relational, warm, and direct. I want to help you think about your problems, but more importantly, feel your feelings. In addition to talking, therapy with me might include meditation, writing exercises, tarot or oracle cards, and exploring dreams.
