Working with couples is a passion for me as a therapist. My style as being a relationship therapist is also being relational.  Meaning, the relationship I develop with each individual person in the room is paramount to the therapy being safe and effective.

I am warm, loyal, and deeply committed to my couples.  I have been described as insightful, down to earth, going the “extra mile,” and someone safe with whom to be vulnerable.  I am LGBTQ affirming.

I have experience and training in attachment-based couples and individual therapy and often work with intercultural couples, family of origin issues, trauma, in-law relationships, high conflict, communication, co-habitation, sexual intimacy, finances, attachment injuries, traumatic births, birth planning, parenting and more.
