Host Michael Preston interviews guest Grazel Garcia, author of “Crossed Signals: Healing the ADHD and Attachment Cycle through Emotionally-Focused Therapy for Couples” (soon to be published in June 2026) about how to work with neurodiverse couples in therapy. Grazel speaks about modifications therapists can make in couple sessions, ways to reframe the cycle and attachment signals, and recognize and name the different ways in which emotions can be felt, received, and expressed when working with neurodivergence.
