Hi! I’m Jaclyn (she/her), an LMFT licensed in Illinois and Maine. I specialize in working with individuals and couples who feel stuck in patterns of disconnection and uncertainty. Drawing from narrative theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy, I use a here and now approach to help people work through their “stuck” emotions. By shedding light on societal expectations and systems that influence our lives, I hope to empower clients to challenge unhelpful narratives and embrace personal values that resonate with their true selves. Through this therapeutic journey, I aspire to help clients tap into their inner strength and courageously live out their authentic values.
