I am an emotionally-focused therapist who helps clients identify, connect with, and care for emotions that keep them stuck in negative patterns. Together, we work to care for the vulnerable emotions so that they can improve their sense of security and confidence, transforming their sense of self and their relationships with important others.  I have completed the required courses and supervision for EFIT certification and am in process of submitting for the official certification with ICEEFT.  I enjoy working with clients from a variety of backgrounds and worldviews.
